A true Public Private Partnership in the wind!

The wind blows for everybody: Aeolian citizens.

In consideration of the findings revealed recently by the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change: see website www.ipcc.ch), there are responsible actions to urgently consider for CO2 reductions ... On energy, wind is one of the solutions that will help us break the deadlock. Should we consider that wind is an affair of state, or region, or a business that eludes us? Or rather take the initiative and assess the chances of a successful investment in windmills ?

Ultimately, everything always boils down to a matter of choice. One can, of course, discuss in emulation of whether or not the pros and cons, and calmly wait the solution that some miraculous promise "to hand": fuel cells, nuclear fusion, car hydrogen, etc.. As programs aux parfums de propreté et d’autonomie énergétique ! Hélas, il s’agit d’un futur certes prometteur mais pas d’ une solution immédiate à nos problèmes actuels et aux changements climatiques annoncés.

Exemple : à Nivelles et à l’Ouest de Genappe, au sud de Braine l’Alleud, le débat a repris. En effet, un méga projet est en gestation. Nous ne pouvons présumer de l’issue de la demande de permis , qui devra entre autres qualifier le projet revu. Mais laissons les citoyens, pouvoirs publics et ingénieurs concernés décider en toute démocratie.

Le moment est venu pour la collectivité de se réapproprier un gisement très rentable, le vent, pour améliorer son bien être, se créer des opportunités de revenus pour un développement durable qui le concerne ; proche de chez lui.

Le temps des initiatives privées, essentielles ces dernières années pour promouvoir la filière, ce temps a évolué. Place aux Parcs éoliens citoyens, propriété of Commons and their constituents. The wind, everyone must serve, place a true public-private partnership . Which integrates all components of sustainable development.

Meanwhile, to inform us and outside of sterile polemics, it is interesting to see what happened and happening elsewhere. There are indeed great achievements citizens, operational and cost, which exceeds the balance sheet forecasts as to multiply the experience through new cooperatives. La prise de conscience des communes
Le rôle d’une commune n’est pas à priori d’exploiter ses ressources. La possibilité d’être exploitant d’éoliennes est un phénomène nouveau. Seule une information claire sur les revenus du gisement ‘vent’ (plan financier) convainc un bourgmestre, un échevin ou un conseiller. Aujourd’hui le voile est tombé et chaque administration un brin curieuse SAIT ce que l’énergie du vent peut lui allouer des revenus annuels substantiels. L’éolien est un bras financier que plus aucune commune ne peut négliger. Le temps est donc propice for a responsible commitment.

The arrest of the wind developers

It is essential to establish ethical standards among developers, based on a better evaluation of projects in terms of number of machines, height, distance, integration ... assessment taking into account local specifications and of appreciation for the people !
