Le drapeau d'une Corée unie La Corée est divisée depuis trop longtemps, car cela dure depuis plus de 54 ans. Bien qu'officiellement toujours en guerre, ces deux pays ont toujours suivis un chemin différent, pour emprunter des idéologies distinctes tout en suivant un armistice fragile, menacée régulièrement par l'impérialisme US. Aujourd'hui, le sud semble être la Corée la plus moderne au plan technologique avec la robotique ou encore avec son cinéma reconnu mondialement et le nord paraît dans l'actualité pour des mauvaises raisons; violation des droits de l'homme, inondations, essais nucléaires, «culte» des leaders...
Suite à une series of tentative reconciliations such as when the North sent more than 300 women to encourage its athletes at the Asian Games in 2002 in South Korea. It was the first time that the flag of North Korea would float freely in the air "enemy" territory. The south and north seems closer, step by step, cautious but with good intentions. In this approximation, we can mention among others the new rail link between north and south, inaugurated this year, the first in five decades.
Even today, the leaders of the two Koreas, the military leader Kim Jong-Il and President Roh Moo-Hyun presented a national reconciliation pact in which they undertake to negotiate a peace treaty with the two other powers involved in the conflict, China and the United States.
They also signed agreements on trade, freight and shipping, and an attempt to increase the reunification of families separated for decades.
It is very gratifying to see the reunification of the Koreas gradual, but hope that the U.S. does not spoil everything, as usual.
